The Welcome Hotel can cater for any occasion in any one of our three areas:
- Dining Room
- Court Yard
- Beer Garden
Dining Room
Located inside the hotel, the fully-air-conditioned Dining Room provides comfortable seating for up to 50 people to enjoy one of our sit down a la carte set menu options.
Court Yard
Our outdoor courtyard can cater for a private sit-down function of 60 people or 100 people for stand up canapés. Weather permitting, the roof can be opened or closed and in winter months the courtyard is heated. A private bar, PA system and plasma screen can also be arranged for courtyard functions.
Beer Garden
The Beer Garden offers a relaxed outdoors place to have a function. The Beer Garden can cater for up to 120 people for a canapé or BBQ menu. There is the option of a private bar, PA system and plasma screens to hire. In winter months the Beer Garden is heated.
Function Menus
Our range of function menus prepared by chef Graham Johns includes set-menu options, canapés or BBQ.
Beverage packages or a bar tab can be organised ranging from a standard house package to expertly selected boutique wines and premium beer selections.
Function Options.
The Welcome Hotel can cater for any occasion including birthdays, product launches, Christmas parties, sporting presentations, private parties. All function areas are available 7 days a week subject to availability. Customised menus can be printed for sit-down functions.
